On A Horse With No Name

Sometimes you don't know where you are going till you get there and that is how this painting arrived. Started in acrylic then worked in pencil crayon and then more acrylic on smooth watercolour paper. As I was nearing completion on it I thought how psychedelic and desert like this piece looked. Then the song "Horse With No Name" by the band America came straight to mind. Perfect.
