Q: How do I buy one of your paintings?
A: Just click on the green "Purchase from Studio" button at the bottom left of the page, under the description
of the painting which takes you to my Gwen Duda Studios Etsy store. Once there you can pay
with paypal or credit card. You can also pay in installments for larger pieces. Just contact me for more information.

Q: When I click the "Purchase from Studio" button it takes me to your Etsy store - why?
A: I have all my paintings up on my Etsy store and use it as a ecommerce function. However, I will be in the not too distanct
future doing a completely new website where one can purchase artwork directly from that site.

Q: Do you do commissioned work?
A: Yes, but it depends on what you are looking to do. Just click on the contact tab and let me know what you'd like.

Q: Do you do payment plans?
A: Yes, I do. Please contact me for more information on that.

Q: How do you package and ship the artwork?
A: Large paintings are wrapped in brown shipping kraft paper, bubble-wrapped, packed with additional paper and placed in a
large cardboard box. Medium and/or multiple paintings are wrapped in paper, with rigid cardboard to protect individual
pieces all taped together, bubble wrapped and placed in the appropriate sized box, or adhesived corrugated
cardboard then packing taped. Paintings on paper are rolled with glassine paper, and placed in a mailing tube or are put in a
cellophane envelope and placed in a rigid cardboard mailer. To date, none of my shipped works have been received
    damaged, knock on wood!

Q: I am buying the painting as a gift for someone. Can you include a card?
A: Yes, I wrap the paintings as described earlier and then include a "Gift For You" card and write what
you'd like in the inside to that special person.

Q: How can I best protect the painting once I have it?
A: Even though artist professional materials are used you want to keep your painting out of direct sunlight and
avoid hanging it in moist or damp areas so mold does not grow on the back of the canvas, paper
    or pine stretchers.

Q: Do you do returns?
A: Yes, you have 7 days to return the painting. It must be returned in perfect condition (as it was when sent out)
and you will have to pay the return shipping cost. Once the painting is received and inspected for any possible
    damage, a refund is issued.

Q: Do you offer discounts?
A: Yes! Become a collector and get a collector's discount of 10% or more! Just contact me for more details.

Q: My question isn't covered here.
A: Just fill out a contact form and I will get back to you in under 24 hours!
