"Colour Overwhelmed the Land"This original contemporary landscape abstract acrylic painting on canvas board measures 5" x 7" and literally explodes with colour, pattern, shape, and movement! This is the first fall painting of 2014 and I think I might be responding to both the quick temperature drops and the amazing aurora borealis displays due to the solar storms that have hit the earth over the last week. This is the most dramatic piece I have ever done in such a small format. It may be small in size but you can see this painting from way across the room. Lots of energy and action is packed into this 5" x 7" piece!
